Server Support

CNC have maintenance plans from 2 Users and up. All our plans are "no worries" support and customised to fit your budget. We don't have any fine print, we just provide the best support possible for our customers. If you require SLA's we have options packs for these as well.

Once you are on a plan with CNC, ALL your ICT is taken care of, we monitor all your devices, Asset Tag computers, servers, printers and network devices. We will consolidate all your IT Accounts for ease of access. You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager and full access to our 24/7 Support Desk for all your staff. .
