Shipping and Returns

CNC Corporate IT Services use various shipping methods based on the item you purchase and where you live. We will select the most suitable shipping method at our discretion. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day however, in the peak periods, the dispatch times may increase.

Shipping times will vary based on your delivery address. Typical shipping times are:

Adelaide Metropolitan area: 1-2 Business Days

Melbourne Metropolitan area: 1-3 Business Days

Sydney Metropolitan area: 2-4 Business Days

Brisbane Metropolitan area: 4-5 Business Days

Darwin Metropolitan area: 5-7 Business Days

Perth Metropolitan area: 5-7 Business Days

For deliveries outside of the metropolitan area or remote locations delivery time can extend up to 10 business days.

Please note, the shipping cost provided at the checkout is an estimate only. If the actual shipping cost greatly exceeds the estimate, CNC representative will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have made a purchase and change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee up to 30% may apply. The exact fee will vary based on the product.

CNC Corporate IT Services may reject the return if the item does not meet the return criteria. If this occurs, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we advertised it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase

—e.g. your receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product (including warranty returns for faulty products) please email support@cnccorp.com.au  and provide your contact details, item details including serial number and proof of purchase.

We will review your request, and at our option, issue you a Return Authorisation number. If we issue you a Return Authorisation number, please clearly print it on the outside of the package when returning your product to us. You acknowledge that by issuing you with a Return Authorisation number, we are not representing that your warranty claim is valid or that you will be entitled to have your product repaired or replaced, or a refund provided in relation to that product.

Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* CD, DVD, software or video game that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Repair Notice

If your item is approved for repair, please backup all your data from the device (if applicable) prior to returning the item to us. CNC Corporate IT Services are not responsible for any of your stored data on the device. In some cases, repairs include resetting the device to factory default setting which automatically erases all data.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

After the refund is processed by CNC Corporate IT Services, financial institutions may take additional 5 working days before your refund is officially posted.

If you do not see the refund in your bank account within 5 working days, please contact your financial institution.

If you have contacted your financial institution and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@cnccorp.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Once we have confirmed your eligibility or a repair, refund or replacement, we will contact you via email with return address for the item

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item has been repaired or replaced due to a fault, the cost of shipping will be added to the refund amount. The reimbursed amount will equal to our cost of shipping only. Any difference between the cost of shipping you incurred and CNC’s standard rate will not be reimbursed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any or all parts of the Returns Policy by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. your continued use of our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to the Returns Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
